Unclean and uncomfortable Negative: The property was not as advertised. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a strong musty and damp smell throughout the accommodation. Both bedrooms were infested with small moths, and the property had clearly not been cleaned properly, with dust visible throughout. When we reported these issues, we were simply told that a cleaning team would be sent out. However, the condition of the property went far beyond what a standard cleaning team could resolve. We requested a refund and were advised to wait until the following morning for a response. Unfortunately, we never received any follow-up regarding our refund request, despite having since left the property due to its unacceptable condition. I have also not yet received the return of my £300 deposit. Charging a £300 deposit for a property in such poor condition is completely unreasonable and unacceptable.
