Overall good and would stay again
Positive: For what your paying your getting a real good deal especially if you are sharing the cost between a few people and has most of the facilities you need and great extras too. Garden was a nice bonus
Negative: Not the cleanest outside front and back and looks like it still need more care. Light near door poorly placed knocks toilet door and no AC which is ok but hard in hotter months
