Bar the initial issues at check in I enjoyed my stay and would use it again. Positive: Other than needing some more glasses it was well equipped. Negative: The check in process was horrendous, unfortunately didn’t receive notification where I was to pick the key up. This left me and my family including a young baby lingering about the reception area until we finally managed to get in touch with someone via the Vista stays website.

Dirty bathrooms, dirty sink, oven. Marks all over the walls in every room, floors not clean! Dust and scuff marks behind Positive: Location & ease of finding the property. Negative: The cleanliness & overall state of the property. When a deposit is required I would expect no fault in the property

Had a great stay and would definitely stay again Positive: Perfect location for us visiting New Century for an event. Walking distance for most things and plenty of parking nearby. Negative: Took a little while to work out the hot water. Could have done with a booklet with instructions.
